Lleida for 38 years, begins to discover the magic of the kitchen with her father. Maybe someone still remembers with her apron full of old flavors with enrojolades cheeks and almost burned, while listening to the good advice of his father, Manuel Thomas, teacher and lover of good taste even more special. Later he began his studies at the School of Hospitality in the city. At just 16 years old embarks on his career traveling place to place; Barcelona, ​​France, England ... discovering new forms, flavors and exotic aromas that collects on your own expertise and those handful of captivating magic.

Maître son, Antonio Lara, has taken the occasional slap on the wrist from his father, who has managed to show her love for the customer. This Barcelona 35 years demonstrates a special charm when presented food, wine and service all to be found in the small world of the Star of Mercy. Studied at the School of Hotel and Catering Barcelona and Sommelier qualification in CEET (Toni currently holds the title of Best Sommelier Catalan 2013); combining them with some of the best restaurants in the city. He moved to Merced in England with the intention of discovering and disseminating their experience.
